This 18-credit minor provides foundational knowledge in project planning, execution, and delivery while introducing key concepts from the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®), including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing. Students also gain exposure to Agile frameworks that support adaptability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in modern organizations.
Designed to enhance a wide range of academic disciplines, this minor equips students with valuable skills in organization, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork that can be applied across industries.
