Payment of Financial Aid
The total amount of awarded assistance as shown on the financial aid offer is paid by Term.
Financial aid is paid (with the exception of the Federal Work-Study Program and any other work program) to the students' accounts no earlier than 10 days prior to the first day of classes. Students enrolled in programs within the School for Professional Studies (SPS) will have their financial aid paid after the official census date of each term. Please see the University Academic Calendar for official census dates by term.
Students can view anticipated disbursement dates and other award specifics by navigating to their Financial Aid Dashboard in Banner Self Service.
If a credit balance remains in the student’s account after all charges have been paid, student aid refunds are issued to the student within two weeks.
