Health Sciences, Health Information Management, B.S. to Law, J.D. Accelerated Program
Saint Louis University's accelerated Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with a concentration in health information management to Juris Doctor program is designed for SLU students who demonstrate academic success in health management and related coursework and are interested in pursuing a law degree.
The concentration in health information management blends the study of medical sciences, health data, information technology, legal concepts and health care management. Students in the HIM concentration learn the complex rules and regulations impacting health care and health data. This establishes a strong foundation for students interested in going to law school and pursuing a Juris Doctor degree.
This accelerated track enables health information management concentration students to obtain their undergraduate and graduate degrees in six years.
